Frequently Asked Questions

Which banks are supported?
HDFC Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, PNB, and Yes Bank PDF e-statements are auto-detected. CSV/Excel from any bank also works — column headers are matched automatically.
Is my bank statement data safe?
Yes, completely. The file is processed entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. You can even use this tool offline after the page loads.
My PDF is not being parsed. What should I do?
PDF parsing works with text-based e-statements (downloaded from net banking). Scanned / image-based PDFs cannot be parsed. Download the official e-statement PDF from your bank’s net banking portal and try again.
How to import the Tally CSV into Tally Prime?
Open Tally Prime → Gateway of Tally → Import Data → Vouchers. Select the downloaded CSV file. Map ledger names as required. Compatible with Tally Prime and TallyERP 9.
What does the Excel export include?
The Excel has two sheets: Transactions (Date, Description, Category, Debit, Credit, Balance, Bank) and a Summary sheet with totals, net flow, and category-wise breakdown.
